Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse during normal business hours*, 

Monday through Friday**, excluding Holidays.

We currently ship to the United States (and its territories).

Shipping is non-refundable.

Any orders returned to KOTG due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. 

Customers will be notified by our customer service team to confirm the correct shipping address. An invoice will be sent via email to pay the fee - once paid, the order will be sent back out to the corrected address.
